Salesforce Inc. is shifting resources away from its Heroku platform-as-a-service offering to prioritize other parts of its business. Nitin Bhat, the chief product officer of Heroku, announced the move in a blog post published today. He wrote that Salesforce will stop offering Enterprise Account subscriptions to new customers. The company also plans to scale back the development of new Heroku features, but still intends to release a recently announced revamp of the platform’s managed PostgreSQL service. It will also continue releasing cybersecurity and reliability updates. Heroku launched in 2007 as a startup-operated cloud platform for hosting Ruby applications. Salesforce acquired it…

Whether you’re a scientist brainstorming research ideas or a CEO hoping to automate a task in human resources or finance, you’ll find that artificial intelligence tools are becoming the assistants you didn’t know you needed. In particular, many professionals are tapping into the talents of semi-autonomous software systems called AI agents, which can call on AI at specific points to solve problems and complete tasks.AI agents are particularly effective when they use large language models (LLMs) because those systems are powerful, efficient, and adaptable. One way to program such technology is by describing in code what you want your system to…
In 2026, Dubai’s content market is a graveyard of AI slop. Stop hiring a content marketing agency in Dubai for social posts; hire architects who ramp up your revenue engine. Partnering with a content marketing agency isn’t about purchasing content or even campaigns. You’re hiring an architect to buy bricks. What are you truly vying for when you hire a content marketing agency? What you really must look for is your brand’s extension that’s well-versed at influencing intent and behavior in your market. Every agency operates on assumptions about what makes people buy, trust, and remember. Most won’t tell you…
Introduction In today’s digital economy, organizations of every size depend on cloud platforms to deliver scalable applications, crunch data and support remote teams. Yet running your own cloud infrastructure is complex and resource‑intensive. You need to architect resilient networks, patch servers at odd hours and maintain compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Managed cloud has emerged as a way to offload this burden to specialists. Growing complexity, skill shortages…

If you’re going to upgrade your TV for the Super Bowl, this is the kind of deal that actually changes the experience, not just the number on the spec sheet. A 77-inch OLED is the “everyone on the couch can see everything clearly” size, and OLED is the tech that makes the biggest difference on broadcast-style content: strong contrast, clean highlights, and better-looking motion in fast action. Right now, the Samsung 77-inch S90F Series OLED (2025) is $1,999.99, which is $1,500 off the $3,499.99 compared value. The key detail is the deadline: the deal ends February 9, 2026, so this…
A new social media platform designed exclusively for artificial intelligence agents is drawing intense attention from technologists, security researchers, and the public, as autonomous software systems begin interacting with one another at unprecedented scale. The platform, called Moltbook, functions much like Reddit but is intended for AI agents rather than humans. Users are permitted to observe activity on the site, but only AI systems are allowed to post, comment, vote, and create communities. These forums, known as submolts, cover topics ranging from technical optimization and automation workflows to philosophy, ethics, and speculative discussions about AI identity. Moltbook emerged as a…
Singapore is one of the happiest cities in the world—but are workers really happy? In the past three years, Singapore has consistently been among the world’s happiest cities, placing third in 2025. However, the latest Jobstreet by SEEK Workplace Happiness Index reveals a striking gap between expectation and reality. While 81% of workers in Singapore believe that workplace happiness is achievable, only 56% actually experience it. This “aspiration gap” places Singapore second to last on APAC happiness rankings, just above Hong Kong’s 47%, and below neighbours Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia. Here’s what Vulcan Post found, and what employers can do…
Germany’s Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution (aka Bundesamt für Verfassungsschutz or BfV) and Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) have issued a joint advisory warning of a malicious cyber campaign undertaken by a likely state-sponsored threat actor that involves carrying out phishing attacks over the Signal messaging app. “The focus is on high-ranking targets in politics, the military, and diplomacy, as well as investigative journalists in Germany and Europe,” the agencies said. “Unauthorized access to messenger accounts not only allows access to confidential private communications but also potentially compromises entire networks.” A noteworthy aspect of the campaign…
